Purdue University selects Jibestream for its campus wayfinding
Purdue University in West Lafayette, Indiana, one of the top academic universities in the US, selected Jibestream to provide the digital navigation solution for its campus, one of the largest in the country. The solution will include interactive wayfinding, maps and virtual concierge to help navigate two buildings on its campus – Purdue Memorial Union and Student Information Center, and Stewart Building.
The solution will serve to promote the school to new students and families, and will help them navigate the campus easily and efficiently.
Jibestream navigates the athletes and visitors of the 2015 PanAm Games
Jibestream will help athletes and visitors navigate the 2015 PanAm Games in Toronto. In preparation for the Games, Jibestream is deploying its wayfinding solution at kiosks in the Toronto Waterfront, which will be the central venue for the Games.
Jibestream has partnered with Cisco to provide a solution with interactive city and venue maps; digital directions; RSS feeds of weather, news and scores; virtual concierge for remote assistance; and integration with the city’s transit timetables designed to get the athletes and the visitors in and out of the venues easily and efficiently.
Jibestream deploys wayfinding solution at Aura College Park
Jibestream deployed its wayfinding solution at Aura College Park, a mixed use retail and luxury residential development downtown Toronto. Aura, a Canderel property, includes 180,000 square feet of retail space with tenants such as Bed, Bath & Beyond and Marshalls, connects to a subway station and to PATH, an underground pedestrian pathway that connects downtown buildings.
Jibestream wayfinding technology will help visitors navigate the PATH network, Aura’s retail space, and find their way to the subway, using interactive maps on display screens.
Jibestream Demonstrates their Retail Solution at National Retail Federation’s (NRF)

Jibestream has partnered with Elo Touch Solutions and Wincor Nixdorf to showcase its Retail Solution, an Interactive Product Locator. The solution based on the NovoMap platform will demonstrate features that allow customers to easily find products and services by category, keyword or by browsing an interactive flyer. In addition, the solution enables advertising messages to be delivered in highly animated and engaging formats.
At the Elo Touch Solutions booth (#436), Jibestream will demonstrate the Interactive Product Locator on a large format touch screen integrated with Cisco Telepresence technology, which allows customers to interact with a remote expert using a Cisco videophone.
At the Wincor Nixdorf booth (#2219), the product locator will be available on a 19″ touch-screen monitor as well as on a mobile tablet device. The software helps improve efficiency in retail locations by helping both customers as well as retail associates to locate products with ease.

Jibestream and Cisco create an interactive experience on the Grey Cup 100 Train

TORONTO – The Grey Cup 100 Train Tour presented by RONA officially kicked off on Friday, September 7, 2012 in Vancouver, BC. The Grey Cup Train Tour presented by RONA will visit all eight Canadian Football League (CFL) cities – Vancouver, Calgary, Edmonton, Regina, Winnipeg, Hamilton, Toronto and Montreal – as well as Ottawa, the national capital of Canadian football history, Quebec City, Moncton and Halifax. Jibestream and Cisco worked together to create an interactive digital experience in the Grey Cup Car on the Grey Cup 100 Train. The Grey Cup Car showcases the rich history of Canada’s game through touch-screen Cisco monitors and an interactive digital signage mosaic which uploads fan photos in real-time to the display.
Using technology developed by Jibestream, fans will use the touch-screens to swipe through CFL archives. Multiple digital stations will allow visitors to browse, by decade, Grey Cup Champion Photos, Grey Cup Tickets, Grey Cup Programs, Schedules and Grey Cup Trophy Plates.
For instance, they can view photos of the first-ever Grey Cup champion University of Toronto Varsity Blues in 1909 or the 1967 Centennial Celebrations where the Grey Cup was held at Ottawa’s Lansdowne Park. Nowhere else will fans have the chance to see a compilation of archival history as comprehensive as what has been created for the Grey Cup 100 Train Tour presented by RONA. Jibestream deploys digital signage at University of Guelph

The project involved the design of new digital signage templates with refreshed branding for Gryphons content, a custom Content Management System and the implementation of content on several screens in the Athletics Department building (WF Mitchell Centre).
NovoTouch software installed in Kinshasa, Democratic Republic of the Congo

A NovoTouch software installation was recently completed in the Crown Tower located in Kinshasa, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Africa. This job was in partnership with Electronic Art of Cincinnati, an official Reseller of Jibestream products. The NovoTouch directory allows visitors of the building to search for tenants of the building using the touch-screen interface that displays content in French and English.

Jibestream release’s new ‘Daily Deals’ feature at Canadian Tire

Jibestream has released a new feature at Canadian Tire Meadowvale in Missisauga. The ‘Daily Deals’ feature allows customers to find different in-store specials around the store by touching icons over the store map. Once touched, the product special appears, each special is physically located where the featured item/product is in the store. Customers have the option to post a special over their personal Facebook page where the promotion can be ‘shared’ directly with friends. Canadian Tire store management use an online web tool to post both new daily and monthly promotions.
